Order processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods, product launches, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping confirmation and tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Sevune is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, stolen, or marked-as-delivered packages
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first:
- check around your delivery location
- check with household members, neighbours, or reception staff
- contact the shipping carrier directly

Sevune is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will assist where possible.
