Shipping
- Processing: orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.
- Free shipping on all orders of $49 or more.
- Economy Shipping: $4.90 for orders up to 5 lb.
- Standard Shipping: $12.90 for orders up to 1 lb; $16.90 for orders from 1 to 5 lb.
- Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- Delivery time: most US orders arrive within 7–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
30-day returns
Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and we cover the return shipping. Please email us first so we can send you return instructions. Items sent back without a return request can't be accepted.
Opened bottles
If you've opened a bottle and it isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of delivery. We review these requests case by case. If a refund is approved, all bottles from the order, opened or not, need to be sent back. Return shipping for opened bottles is paid by the customer.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund, and in most cases you won't need to return anything.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to post it.
