How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery time after that varies by destination and shipping method — you'll see an estimated delivery window at checkout, and a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — orders of $29 or more qualify for free shipping automatically at checkout. Economy and Standard paid options are also available if you'd like a different delivery speed.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day return policy. Because the Scalp Revival Bar is a personal care item, standard returns must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, our Quality Guarantee covers you even if it's been opened — just contact us within 60 days of delivery and you won't need to ship anything back.

How do I use the Scalp Revival Bar?

Wet your hair and scalp thoroughly, then glide the bar directly onto your scalp (or work up a lather in your hands first). Massage gently in circular motions for 1–2 minutes, then rinse and follow with your regular shampoo and conditioner. Use 1–3 times per week, or as needed for your scalp.

Do I still need my regular shampoo?

Yes — think of the Scalp Revival Bar as a scalp treatment step, not a replacement for your everyday shampoo.

Is it suitable for color-treated hair?

The bar is designed for the scalp rather than hair length, but as with any new hair care product, we recommend a small patch test first if your hair is color-treated or chemically processed.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Do you ship internationally, and who pays customs?

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may apply depending on your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
